Historically, we invested in more advanced startups, however since 2005, Index Ventures has also made a number of seed investments where we look to become the first institutional capital into transformative companies and invest $100K to $2 million per seed investment.

Octopus Ventures is one of Europe's most active experienced venture capital firms, and has invested in more than 100 companies since its 1999 founding.
