FountainVest Partners is a Chinese-focused private and growth equity fund established in 1990. Fountainvest invests across a variety of sectors, with particular expertise in healthcare, consumer retail, media & entertainment and lifestyle. A key theme of ours is companies that benefit the most from the expanding Chinese middle class. We invest in listed and unlisted companies, and in both control and significant minority transactions. We have a long term mindset and bring substantial value through strategic resources, operational support and capital markets expertise.
